Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have guaranteed consumer rights that cannot be excluded. If our products have a major fault or failure, you are entitled to:
- A refund or replacement of your choice
- Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
For minor faults that can be easily fixed, we may choose to repair the item, provide a replacement, or offer a refund.
Our Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for:
- Items that are faulty, defective, or not as described
- Items that do not match your order
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Change of mind returns (subject to conditions below)
Change of Mind Returns:
- Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging and accessories must be included
- Shoes must show no signs of wear on soles or uppers
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
Items We Cannot Accept for Return:
- Items that have been worn outdoors
- Items damaged by normal wear and tear
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items without proof of purchase
- Hygiene-sensitive items (unless faulty)

How to Initiate a Return

- Receive confirmation and return instructions from our team
Return Shipping
Important: Return shipping costs are payable by the customer, except where:
- The item is faulty, defective, or not as described
- We sent the wrong item
- The item has a major fault under Australian Consumer Law
Return Shipping Instructions:
- Use a trackable shipping method
- Package items securely in original packaging where possible
- Include your return authorisation number
- We recommend insuring valuable returns

Refund Process
Processing Times
- Inspection: We will inspect returned items within 5 business days
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Refund Amounts
For Faulty/Defective Items:
- Full purchase price refund
- Return shipping costs reimbursed (with receipt)
For Change of Mind Returns:
- Full purchase price refund
- Return shipping costs are not reimbursed
Partial Refunds
We may offer partial refunds for items that are:
- Returned outside our 30-day window but within reasonable timeframe
- In less than perfect condition but still acceptable for return
- Missing original packaging or accessories (non-essential items)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as returns - customer pays unless the original item was faulty.
Warranty Information
Manufacturing Defects
Our footwear comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. This covers:
- Sole separation
- Stitching failures
- Material defects
- Hardware failures
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse
- Damage from accidents
- Colour fading from sun exposure
Australian Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
