Foot length is heel to longest toe. Volume at ball is the girth around the widest part of your foot — check it if your feet are wider, swell through the day, or you like extra room.

Room for Your Toes to Move — Built with around 1cm more room in the girth — real space around the widest part of your foot — Farah lets your toes sit and spread naturally, with no squeezing across the toes. A roomier fit, not a specialist wide (EEE) fitting. If standard shoes have felt just a little snug, this is the difference you're after.
